Blueberry Crumb Muffins

These muffins are so light and fluffy. Yummy! 
All you need is ….

2c. flour
1c. sugar
1c. milk
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1T. baking powder
1t. salt
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Beat all ingredients, except blueberries until combined.  Grease muffin tin or use paper liners.  Fill muffin tin 1/2 full sprinkle blueberries on top of batter then top with a dollop of more batter.  Add crumb topping and bake @ 350 degrees for 10-15 min.

Crumb Topping

1/2c. chopped almonds
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4c. flour
1/2t. cinnamon
1T. butter

Mix all together until crumbly.   Sprinkle on top of muffins.
