The drama queen and I worked on some hair clips this weekend. We did some flowers and lots of lace a little bit if bling. Everyone loves bling… I was never really into all the hair stuff until my daughter came along. With two boys I didn’t really have a reason. I didn’t even do it for myself. I guess you could say I was the ponytail mom. Yuck! Anyway on to the Vintage hair clip. |

| I started out with these really large barrettes that I found at the 99 cent store. Some felt, scissors, lace and hot glue. |

| I placed the barrette upside down on the felt and traced around it, cut it out and hot glued it onto the barrette. Be careful not to burn your fingers. |

| Add some lace. I folded mine to make it look like it was gathered. Using only hot glue. No sewing required. |

| Next some trim was added and a little bling and done. New barrette! Hope you had a great weekend also. Jeanna |
