You will need pre-sliced beef (bottom round) for your jerky. It’s not very expensive and it is pre-sliced. All you have to do is cut your strips how wide you want and trim off some fat. Good to go. |

Next you will need this Hi Mountain Seasoning pack I’m sure there are other brands of seasoning out there to, but this one is the easiest to find. You can order it online or find it at Bass pro shop. |
This is my food dehydrator that I’ve had for about 9 or 10 years now and it works great. Got it from Walmart way back then for about $40 bucks or so. |
In the dehydrator it goes for about 5 hrs. or so depending on the thickness of your meat. |
