One Bowl Chunky Chunk Cookies

Have you ever had a cookie you just couldn’t have one or two?  You to have one more.
Well this is one of those kinds of cookies…
The plate of cookies is usually gone by the end of the day at my house.
 That’s how YUMMY they are.
Of course I didn’t eat them all.
I would be in big trouble with the scale.
~ 1 pkg. (8oz.) Semi-sweet White Chocolate Chips
~ 1/2 cup butter
~ 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
~ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
~ 1 egg
~ 1 tsp. vanilla
~ 1 cup flour
~ 1 cup quick cooking oats
~ 1/2 tsp. baking soda
~ 1/2 cup cran-raisins

Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Beat butter, sugars, egg and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium for 1 minute until well blended.  Beat in flour, oats and baking soda on low speed until combined.  Stir in white chocolate chips and cran-raisins.  Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool and eat…

Two cookies and a glass of milk will
make any overwhelming day better.
Today was a little rough around here I should have one more.
Have a Super Fantastic Friday!
