What I Wore Wednesday ( Stepping out just a little)

I thought I would step out of my comfort zone just a little today.
I’m still wearing my jeans, but I tucked them into my boots.
 I love the look.
I just feel a little uncomfortable and even maybe a little to old to wear boots over my pants.
Am I to old to pull off this look?
So what I did was…  Worked this outfit as if I knew I looked good.

I had to take the children to school this morning so I got out of the car, walked across the street into the into school passed all the little junior high girls and into my daughter’s classroom without any doubt that I looked ridiculous or to old to be wearing this.
I held my head high and went with it.
As you can tell from my photos I felt great about myself.
Can you tell it gave me a boost of confidence.
Plus I felt pretty too…
I need to wear something outside my comfort zone a little more often.

Pink cord jacket (thrift store)
Michael Kors top ( Outlet store/ on Clearance)
Miss Me Jeans (EBay)
Boots (Kohl’s)
Necklace ( one of my Re-vamp projects)
I think I will try to step outside the box a little bit more next week to and see where it will take me.  You should too..
No jeans next week… (Maybe) LOL
Have a great day and see you later.

  2. I don't know your age, but you must definitely look great with your boots over your pants. Letting you in on a little secret…"There's not an age limit"…lol~ 🙂

  4. You look great….and just today I bought a pair of boots and tucked my boots in. And I'm 50. And my daughter would be brutally honest if I looked lame. I passed with flying colors 🙂
