Skinny me up Pants

Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could put on skinny pant’s and instantly they made you look thinner.  Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way but I did manage to make this pair of black wide leg crop pants into skinny me up pants instead.   Well even if they don’t magically make me skinny they still make me feel quite cute and sassy.

Here’s how you can customize your own to make the leg skinnier.
Place a current pair of skinny jeans on top of the wide leg pants.  Make sure that they are turned inside out.  I matched up the crotch seams as best as I could and also matched up the outside leg seam.

Now you can see how much the leg needs to come in.  I used dress makers chalk to draw some guidelines onto the inside leg of the pants.  Pin them in place and sew them up.
