When I was finished gathering it up I pinned the ruffled edge to the unfinished edge of the dress. Making sure the ruffle was spaced evenly and stitched it into place.
Tada!
A little added flare to my once plain little black dress…
It was still warm here when I took these shots so sandals and no jacket were necessary.
But I could totally pair this little black dress up with a denim jacket and brown boots.
