The kids love it too!
All you need is a boxed brownie mix. Mix and bake according to the package directions. Let them cool and cut into squares. Place your brownie onto a plate. Top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. The kids and I love mint chocolate chip ice cream but my hubs hates it so he gets his favorite ice cream on his brownie. Next drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top and you have my version of Brownie a la mode…
