Maple Frosted Zucchini Muffins

This is one of the things I love the most about the Holidays is all the yummy goodies we get to make and eat.  These little maple frosted zucchini muffins are so easy and take no time at all.

All you need is a box of Spice cake mix, 2 small zucchini shredded, Maple frosting and some festive fall sprinkles.

Mix the cake mix according to the package directions.  Fold in the shredded zucchini and pour into your muffin pan.  Then bake till a toothpick comes out clean.  Once the muffins are cooled you can frost them and decorate with the sprinkles.
